Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Little Lift, provided by Vinay. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. You may browse default topics without an account. An account is needed for cloud sync and AI generation. Provide an email you control, keep your credentials secure, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

A reflective practice, not a promise

Little Lift offers affirmations, imagined scenes, and prompts for small actions. Ideas inspired by assumption, knowing, or manifestation are reflective exercises, not claims that thoughts control reality or guarantee health, financial, relationship, or other outcomes. Timers and prompts are optional; you may pause, skip, or stop.

The app does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice and is not an emergency service. Do not use it in place of professional care or delay seeking help because of its content. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or someone you trust.

Your words and AI output

You keep the rights you already hold in your submitted content. You give us permission to process, store, transmit to service providers, and display it only as needed to operate the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy. Submit only content you have the right to use.

AI output can be inaccurate, unsuitable, repetitive, or similar to someone else’s output. Review it before relying on or sharing it. We do not guarantee originality, exclusive rights, accuracy, or any particular result. You can edit or discard statements that do not fit.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, submit private information without permission, attempt unauthorized access, bypass credit controls, disrupt the service, or automate abusive requests. You must not use the app to produce threats, harassment, exploitation, or harmful instructions.

Credits and payments

Where checkout is enabled, 50 AI credits are available as a one-time consumable purchase at US $9.99 or the local price shown by your store. This is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. You may buy additional packs at any time. Purchased credits do not expire. One successful AI generation creates six cards and uses one credit; failed or unsupported generations return the reserved credit. Debug and sandbox credits are for testing and have no monetary value.

Sign in before purchasing. Credits belong to that Little Lift account and work on supported devices using the same account; they cannot be transferred to another person or redeemed for cash. Sign in and refresh your credits to recover your balance after reinstalling. Consumed store purchases cannot be restored as new credit packs. Your store confirms the final price and processes payment. For a refund, use the purchasing store’s refund process or contact us for assistance. Refunded credits are removed; if already spent, the adjustment may reduce credits from a later purchase. Applicable store terms and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Service, storage, and availability

Local features can work offline, while sign-in, sync, and AI depend on connectivity and available services. Sync can fail or conflict; pay attention to status messages and keep an export of words you want to retain. Clearing app data can remove local content. An export contains saved words, not a complete account backup.

We may maintain, update, or discontinue features, and may restrict access to address misuse or security risks. We will provide notice where appropriate and required by law. Development builds and test credits may change or be reset.

Ending use and deleting information

You may stop using Little Lift at any time. Removing the app does not delete your cloud account. Delete your account in Settings after confirming your password, or use our account-deletion page. This removes account data and unused credits. You may contact us if you cannot access your account.

App rights and third-party services

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app, subject to these terms and applicable store usage rules. This does not transfer ownership of the app, branding, or other materials. Open-source software and bundled audio remain subject to their respective licenses; audio attribution is available in Settings.

For an iOS App Store download, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app license where applicable. Apple and Google are not the providers of Little Lift’s affirmation service. Third-party services and external links are governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without promises of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on generated content or circumstances beyond our reasonable control to the extent the law permits that exclusion.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to fraud, serious misconduct, injury, or mandatory consumer protections. Your non-waivable rights under the laws that apply to you remain intact.

Changes, questions, and complaints

We may update these terms and the date above. Material changes will be brought to your attention where required. If you disagree with an update, you may stop using the service. Please contact us about disputes or concerns so we can try to resolve them; this does not limit your right to seek legal remedies.
