Read a thought. Recall a small moment. Take it into today.
Recall one small moment connected to the question. Notice a detail. If none comes to mind, picture an everyday example or skip.
Notice what helped in that moment. Choose one small way to use it today.
Remember what you did next, after that same moment. Let the memory end there, and return to your day.
Six ways into the same intention: identity, belief, embodiment, action, receiving, and release. Choose the one that connects; you don’t need to practice all six. Personalized decks use these six writing angles.
Our practice draws inspiration from Neville Goddard’s ladder exercise: making an idea concrete through an everyday detail. Memory questions are our adaptation. Our six-card format is our adaptation, not six steps from the original exercise. Read the original teaching.
Assumption appears in the affirmation: speak from the identity you choose. The Believe question invites a small real memory, with an imagined example as an option. Knowing appears as quiet conviction in your direction; Decide expresses it in an action, and Release brings that same memory to an ordinary close, then you return to your day.
These are reflective practices. A question can go unanswered. You don’t need to force belief or revisit a painful event. Imagining an outcome doesn’t guarantee it.
Play starts the three stages. The speaker reads the current cue. Add 30 seconds whenever you need more time. After 30 seconds your thought is saved, with Undo.
